What happens if it doesn't fit?
Once your garments ship we will send a fitting form. When you try on the clothing you can fill out the form and send in a few photos. We will review them and ensure the fit is where we expect. If it doesn't fit we will recommend the alterations needed or ask you to re-take the needed measurements and remake your garments for you on a rush. Everything at our cost!
How long until I receive my order?
If this is your first order, we break up the order into 2 parts. We rush out a suit and white shirt to confirm the measurements. Once the measurements are confirmed we expect the next round to arrive with 28 working days.
Once your measurements are confirmed and on file, all future orders arrive within 30 working days.
Where are your products made?
Everything is made with our team in Thailand. We have worked with them since we began in 2015 and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up.
Will it come perfectly fitting?
About 25% of the time everything will fit perfectly. However, we usually expect some tapering and hemming to occur. We cover the cost and update your measurements on file to make future orders fit perfectly.
